Trevor Weinberg is an associate attorney at Haffner Law, where he focuses insurance bad faith and personal injury lawsuits. Trevor has lived in California his whole life. Trevor went to UCLA as an undergraduate, and law school UC Davis School of Law, graduating in 2019.

While attending UC Davis School of Law, Trevor clerked for the California Attorney General’s Office and several litigation firms in Sacramento. During this time, Trevor developed litigation experience, including working on a landmark suit against the State of California to prevent the construction of the Delta Tunnels.

Trevor has received several honors and awards as a law school student, including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.
